Sunday school - 9:45 AM | Worship - 10:50 AM
Have you ever used an Advent Calendar? Dating to the 19th century, they were created as a means of preparing spiritually for Christmas and today take many different forms. This calendar, created by our pastor, is simple, featuring scripture readings for each day of the season. We hope it enriches your experience and enjoyment of the holidays.
Have you stopped by our Angel Tree? It's adorned with tags that describe various needs and wants of children in our community. Persons take these tags, and purchase the items listed. If you haven't picked up a tag yet, there are still a few left. All items are to be at the church by December 20. Thank you for helping to make the forthcoming holiday season a happy one for a less fortunate child.
Meals on Wheels
This local mission program presently provides about 40 meals each Saturday to people from all over McKenzie who need them for various reasons. There's always a need for assistance in preparation and delivery (especially the latter). If you can help, please contact the church office at (731) 352-2456.

Sunday Night Lights
Traditional worship not your thing? Join us every 2nd and 4th Sunday evening (7 PM) for Sunday Night Lights, our contemporary worship service, featuring themed messages, uplifting music, great fellowship, and a light meal. All are welcome!
Sharing God's Gifts
If you've spent any amount of time around United Methodists, you've likely heard the word "apportionments." But what exactly does it mean? Why do we pay apportionments, and where does our money go? If you ever asked any of these questions, be sure to check out this link for a PDF describing our theological basis for apportioned giving as well as a fund-by-fund break down of our contributions.
Singing & Communion
Every third Saturday at 10:30 AM, our Outreach Team travels to McKenzie Health Care to share a song service and Holy Communion with the residents of that nursing home. Any who desire to take part in this important ministry are welcome! See Charles Thompson or Br. Jason for more.
Prayer in the Chapel
We understand prayer to play a central role in the Christian's life. Therefore we meet every Wednesday morning at 11 AM in McCracken Chapel for a time of prayer. These gatherings include sharing of joys and concerns, silent meditation, communal prayer, and a brief devotion. Please join us.
December United Neighbors Items
Our local United Neighbors is asking for oatmeal, canned milk, and plastic sacks during the month of November. Please consider how you might contribute to this very important ministry.
